You should stop making false excuses and very frustrating reasons why you cannot find your dream woman/man.
Base on my own experience, actually I have heard a lot of these cases. And maybe, the most frequent excuse is merely, “I really cannot find someone I really like!” Oh c’mon! There is always somebody out there who is looking for you. Or, rather say, looking for somebody like you. On the other hand, very frequently we created a lot of reasons and lame excuses for we and we assume that it is impossible to find somebody that simply accepts us just the way we are, someone who will pull down our negative thinking.
Of course, there are some acceptable reasons why choose not to enter a relationship but that is for those people who truly do not really want to be in a relationship. That is another case. But quite lot of times, I have seen a lot of people who are just simply gave up and stop trying to find a partner. For them, it does not matter if you have a partner or not. That is really a very lame excuse.
These are the most common “lame excuses” a lot of people make and just gives up on dating:
“I am too old for that!”…
What?! All right, 20 years ago this kind of excuse could have simply been traded. But with a lot of people who are living longer and have healthier lives, no one is “too old” to go out with the person you really like. Being in your early 50’s or even 60’s is not the reason why you should stop dating. You are certainly now an adult, am I right? For this reason, get out in this way of thinking, have fun and get out from your nest and enjoy this experience! In this new millennium, a lot of people actually holding off on marriage and only begin their families until as late as their mid-40’s. Pretty normal isn’t it?
“I can’t find the right one for me!”…
Then this might be the perfect time to reassess your preferences and your personal likes concerning the type of your ideal partner. If your ideal match must definitely have a particular eye color, very attractive hair color and length, his/her job at present, his/her height and weight, an alumni of a particular good school, live just two streets from you and a lot more unrealistic conditions. Then certainly, you are going to get all kinds of problems finding your dream woman/guy. Because quite a lot of time, you cannot have the things you really wish for.
“I only get the attention of wrong people!”…
I really hate to say this but this is commonly because of your lifestyle and the way you maneuver the things just the way you want it.
